This is an elegantly simple sideboard from the second half of the 19th century, made from an attractively patinaed walnut and topped by its original Belgium Red marble sitting upon a pair of gadrooned drawers mounted with their original bronze handles and flanked by detailed Medieval Faces, all supported by straight and tuned fluted columns connected at the bottom by a large bottom shelf standing on ball feet. Note the additional display shelf in between the pair of straight back columns. The marble is in original condition and several scratches can be seen due to the age. Circa date 1870. Dimensions 40”high/ 49”wide/ 20”deep.
