Description: For your consideration, we have for sale a 1971 Zippo USS Quellet Ship Lighter. This lighter is from the Vietnam Era and is still in good condition. There are a few scuffs and dings, but overall it looks great for it's age. This lighter features a painted front that looks like a shield with a ship in the center. It is marked USS Quellet DE 1077. It is made of 4 colors- Yellow, Blue, Light Blue, and Black. The back of this lighter is marked Keel Laid 15 Jan 1969; Christened & Launched 17 Jan 1970; Commisioned 12 Dec 1970. This lighter comes with a box and literature. It is marked Zippo Bradford Pa as you can see from our photos.
