Description: Part of a German car made in 1968 by Royal London, Ltd. in Japan--a mini United Nations. With the star emblem, 4-1/2" high; at its widest point, 3-3/4" across; again at its widest point, 2-1/2" deep; the front and sides are hard plastic with no cracks, chips or breaks, the back and grill are metal with tiny surface rust spots. Turn the star (which doesn't sit quite straight) in either direction and the top pops up, but there's no spark so we'll assume it needs a flint and I'm sure it's out of fluid. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: I know the Italian Post Office prohibits the sending of lighters; if you're interested, let me see where your country's postal service stands on this issue and I'll get back to you.
