Description: Of all the series of cookbooks put out over the years, I have to say that my favorites are from SUNSET. I have the complete series and use it often. The recipes are clear, very tasty and don't have too many exotic ingredients. This large softcover book has 96 pages of outstanding casserole recipes. These can easily be adjusted for crockpot use and are nutritious and tasty. I liked the California Casserole which has cheese and crab meat but my husband's favorite was the Sausage and Macaroni Casserole. There are vegetable dishes as well as even dessert and breakfast casseroles.
