Description:
This is an original Allied Artists three sheet poster for the 1959
William Castle camp-horror classic—THE HOUSE ON HAUNTED
HILL—starring Vincent Price. An eccentric millionaire (Price) and
his wife offer five strangers $10,000 each to spend the night in
an infamous house with a murderous past. They all agree, and
at midnight the caretakers lock the doors. Then the terror
begins. Castle loved to use creepy gimmicks to enhance the
horror experience. At the most terrifying moment, theater
owners were supposed to release a full-sized skeleton, which
would “leap” from the screen and zip over the audience’s head
suspended on wires! This rare, original studio three sheet is in
very fine condition with some minor restoration. MovieArt sells
