1955 Vintage Mid-Century Magazine Illustration Sophisticated Siren sips Champagne in Nightclub Setting. Fantastic Original Vintage Illustration taken from the pages of Saturday Evening Post Magazine. The Mid-Century was a golden era for beautiful artwork and many incredible works were created specifically for the readers of magazine serials. Many of the wonderful illustrations were never reproduced outside of the pages of notable publications such as this one from the Saturday Evening Post, Ladies Home Journal, McCall's and Good Housekeeping. This is a boldly dramatic image of a sultry brunette siren with gorgeous use of colors, deep pinks and reds balanced by glorious golds- note her expressive heavily-lashed eyes, a slight resemblance to actress Jane Russel and her exquisite, expensive looking jewelery. Unknown artist could be De Mer- has created a colorful and sublimely exotic image sure to amuse any viewers. Would be fantastic framed! Measures 11 x 15- condition is clean and bright overall- dazzling in person.

I offer USPS and also Ups depending upon buyers choice. Most items that measure under 12 x16 can fit easily into a priority flat rate box for around $10.00 contingent upon weight.
