Description: A superb painting on board by artist Les Whitney dated 1953 of a Lake Michigan scene. This painting is well done with a great deal of inner glow and comfort. The board used was likely cut by the artist himself from a Maple tree. Signed and the front and signed and dated on the verso. Painting with frame measures 14 x 18 inches.
