Wild Weird and Wonderful Images from the soon-to-be released film Alice in Wonderland. Taken from the pages of an early Spring, 1951 issue of Life Magazine this is an incredible set of the animated drawings crafted for the film- modernized colorful winsome yet as the article states nothing like the original Mid-Victorian beloved illustrations by John Tenniell. Great graphics showcase some of the most enduring and endearing characters in all of literature- amongst them the Cheshire cat- full page, White Rabbit, Tweedledum and Tweedledee- full page, the card gardners and Mad Hatter. The fourth page cotains tow incredible detailed drawings of the marching cards in black white and red menacing and fascinting at the same time. This is a wondrful opportunity to view and own a bit of Hollywood history and an animated classic. Finla page show images of the actress who portrayed Alice in this gem as she goes through the real motions that helped enhance the colorful actions of her inimitable character.
