Description: This is an embroidered dress panel that was imported from Scotland. It is 34" wide, 100% cotton and 2 yards long. It was made by the Ahd. Kaiser-I-Hind Mill in Scotland. Their name and the name of the design, "Kaiseri Ra Srang" is stamped into the plain edge of the fabric along with the export and duty information. It is red with gold and yellow embroidery of a floral pattern along the bottom of the piece. At one end there is also embroidered decorations for sleeves and a collar for a blouse.
