Absolutely Fantastic Original Vintage Mid-Century Ad taken from the pages of a Spring, 1946 issue of Life Magazine. Gannam's iamge here is a lively colorful scene of two bobby-soxers doing homework in pajamas listening to tunes on a blond wood portable radio and enjoying the crisp cool comforts of new Pacific sheets. Marvelously of the moment ad which perfectly captures the fun mood of post-war America- when the teen-ager as a viable commercial prospect and a definitive force to be reckoned with began to emerge in wonderful magazine ads. Ad is done in light bright colors- note the radio, the floral upholstered head-boards and the large stuffed animal panda! Ad measures 11 x 15 and is in bright clean crisp condition overall- will display beautifully with any decor!
