Description: 1940's German 7in Googlie-Eyed Celluloid Character, All Original. Cute celluloid character with molded hair, googlie eyes and original outfit. He has starfish hands and walker type legs. He is in good condition but missing 2 finger tips of left hand. Still a very charming character and a novelty!
