Splendid Original Vintage Deco Ad taken from the back pages of a Spring, 1939 issue of Woman's Home Companion Magazine. Featuring a trio of exciting movie stars the focal point of the ad is the ability to make your own men-folk happy- nee even ecstatic by serving them the Hollywood Hero endorsed dining treat of Bisquick Biscuits! After all if Richard Dix, Ralph Bellamy and Jon Hall find them a five star treat and hard to resist they must be delectable! Great color graphic with tinted phtos insets of the three along with an offer for a new cook book and the bright cherry yellow package of the product make this a wonderful example of the peppy star-studded glossy look of the Deco period. Measures 11 x 15- done on heavy stock paper which gives the Technicolor bright aspect of it added allure. Will be wonderful on display in your own cozy breakfast-nook! Note that Richard Dix was then doing westerns at Republic Studios, Ralph Bellamy was inn Blind Alley at Columbia and Jon Hall was a featured player in Sam Goldwyn's production of Black Gold.
