THE BACK OF THE BADGE IS GOLD TONED. IT IS A PINBACK WITH THE MAKER'S MARK: RUD SCHANES-WIEN (VIENNA). IT IS 1 1/2" DIAMETER. THIS IS A GREAT RARE PIECE THAT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION; THE REVERSE HAS WEAR.
