Glamorous and Gorgeous Original Vintage Deco Ad taken from the pages of an April, 1936 issue of Good Housekeeping Magazine. Cashmere Bouquet Soap created a superb series of colored ads combining elegantly chic couples and inset images of more intimate scenes- this one is a beautiful blonde at the edge of her tub, drying herself with a pink towel tastefully nude yet nude all the same. Thea ad-copy is done in a breathy tone and states now they whisper to her- not about her! Great graphic image- soft and dainty - perfect for a boudoir or vintage powder-room setting. Measures 9 x 12- condition is bright and crisp overall. Interesting to note that in 1936 several ad campaigns featured either photos or illustrations which featured nudity.
