Description: 1929 Vintage Superb Color Deco Ad- Fashionable Flappers Marvel at the New Cold Control Frigidaire. Absolutely Delightful Original Vintage Deco Ad taken from the pages of Saturday Evening Post Magazine. Beautiful Ad with all the charm and pleasingly vivid color palette of the Deco Era. A duo of fashionably dressed flappers share confidences and marvel at the culinary perfection available to any who own the new Cold Control Frigidaire. Brilliant use of color and texture- note the high stiff collar of the visitors coat her tight purple cloche and the hostess fluttering sleeved orange chiffon daytime frock- even the shadows on the wall are perfectly enhanced by dramatic shading. Frigidaire offered beauty of from and absolute modernity- the idea of turning a nob to adjust the climate of your ice-box was a novelty indeed in 1929. Ad measures 11 x 15 and is in bright beautiful condition crisp and clean overall. A perfect example of high Deco style certain to be a delightful addition in your own cozy breakfast-nook!
