Western Electric Sound System the voice of action is featrues in a barrage of Hollywood Studio related Skyscrapers in an ultra-smart Manhattan setting- each theater building is emblazoned with the name of an important studio- Paramount, United Artists, Fox, First National and Warner Brothers are all represented as well as Hal Roach- of laughing Lauryl and Hardy Fame and the most infamous comedian of the times Harold Lloyd. Each theater can proudly boast that thye are pioneers in the great new art of all-talking sound pictures. This ad is literally breathtaking in scope and a rare wonderful early ideal of the new sound systems which were without doubt, revolutionizing the world and thh entertainment industry. Graphic is done with great flair and chic by illustrator Will Hollingsworth. The ad also features small inset images of telephone, cable, switchboards, telephoto machines and public address systems.
