Description: 1926 Adorable Vintage Deco Ad- Norris Chocolates offers Hallowe'en Treats to Flirty Flapper and Her Pierrot Beau! Enchantingly Breezy Original Vintage Art Deco Ad taken form the pages of an October, 1926 issue of Saturday Evening Post Magazine. Delicate ad delightful black and white pen and ink sketch features a flirty flapper in Victorian ballerina attire accepting a nosegay across and grinning jack o' lantern while admiring the delectable array of pleasingly novel Norris chocolates! Terrific example of gracious and fashionable product placement with a gentle reminder of the three most important concepts in ad copy- charm novelty and romance! Unknown artist has captures the innocent yet slightly daring feel of the flapper era- note her raised eyebrows as the Pierrot beau offers the nosegay. Simple naive charm at it's best.
