Description: This is a vintage 1920s-1930s cast iron bill holder with 99% of it’s original green paint., It is an art deco style with a hexagon shape base. These were used mostly in country and small town stores to keep the daily paper sales bills. These kept the receipts of the day from being blown away, from fans and open windows and doors because air conditioning was not available at that time. It is in near mint condition and is marked Made In U.S.A. It measures 2 1/2 inches across by 7 inches tall.
