Deliciously Dazzling image of the new, slightly bold yet distinctly feminine flapper of 1920- seen emerging from her elegant boudoir, laughing and enjoying the warm pink tones of her satin lingerie dyes by Rit of course! Artist H. Valley was an absolute expert at slightly naughty images of beautiful young women- and at the time one of the premiere artists of what came to be known as pin-up girls. Here he lends his superb stylings to a vividly energetic and bold burst of color- his fine hand can be detected in the folds of the fabrics and even the intricate detailing of the white chair and bed. Wonderful image of the emerging flapper of the Deco period- here still sporting long hair yet lovely and vibrantly alluring!
