Description:
12.5" high. Probably British. Please see photo of mark. Looks like a big bell on a truck with the possible word BELDRAY (incomplete). Gorgeous raised classic Art Nouveau design of Rye & Cornflower decorates both sides. Retains most of its original protective lacquer coating. Where it has worn off black spots have appeared. The lacquer can be removed & the copper buffed if so desired. I have not polished it, it's the way it came to me. A stunning & reasonably priced piece of authentic Art Nouveau. Check out the fabulous Copper Fire Screen I have also listed. ....Please enlarge my photos for a closer look....To view MORE ART NOUVEAU ITEMS I have listed...just click on the "VIEW THIS DEALER'S OTHER ITEMS" button on the left, then type the words in the search box.
