Description: Circa 1770 Chinese Imari Mug/Tankard. Very Good Condition with a plain handle and very nice orange and blue decoration. Chinese Imari mugs and tankards as well as other forms of the chinese imari are rare, and to find a real early one in pristine condition even makes it rarer. This mug measures 4 3/8" in height and the top opening measures 3 1/4" and the base measures 3 3/8". Real sharp and bright blue and orange colors makes this beautiful mug into a first class piece.
