Description: This dated, portrait of a young woman, is so detailed that you might thin it it a real photo. But you can see if you look close, the brush lines on the delicate lace top she is wearing. She has tiny stud earrings in her ear and that is just enough for such a feminine dress. The hard case is silk and it measures 3 1/3” long. It has discoloration on it but no silk loss. This is hinged so it would sit on a vanity or dresser. Yet it was portable so it could be taken with them when they traveled. The date is on the left side of the case.
