This was acquired out of a Central Ohio area previous estate, home or sale. WOW!!!!! This one is in great shape! This is an 1870-80s refurbished and recovered in a red crushed velvet fabric with a rolled, tufted, buttoned and pleated TRIPLE OVAL BACK!! This has nice floral carvings at the top center (see photo below). This can set out in the middle of a room because it is covered on the back as well. This is 63 inches wide, 40 inches tall and approx. 30 inches front to back. The seat area is 50 inches wide, 22 inches front to back and 17 inch seat height. THIS PIECE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR IT'S AGE. But, if I was this old, I would have a few bumps and bruises on me as well.
