Description: This lovely cameo can be worn as a brooch or as a pendant, and is of classic Italian design. The carving is quite fine and VERY high relief, especially the hair of the beautiful right facing woman. The shell is a delicate pink and the woman in relief is ivory white color. This cameo has been appraised at a resale value of $ 350.00 (appraised in 1991). The gold frame has scrolls and filigree. 6 grams, 3.5 mm high x 3 mm wide x 1.75mm deep.
