Description: Lovely 14K white gold Edwardian filigree .25ct diamond solitaire ring, size 5-1/2. Excellent VS-2 clarity, and a nice bright G-H color. (GIA clarity and color grading standards used). Round brilliant cut diamond measures 4mm in diameter x 2.5mm in depth (.25 ct- 1/4 carat). Ring measures 5/16" north/south. Lovely "chaff of wheat" engraving on the sides of the mounting and scroll work down the shoulders. The diamond is set into an octagonal four prong mount. The carat mark inside the band is partial, as the ring has been previously sized, so the mark is not evident. Has been carefully tested to guarantee 14k gold minimum content and quality. In excellent well babied condition, circa 1910-20. $9.95 US ship/insure.
