This book chronicles the 100 top winners of the 1971 contest. The cover recipe, the Pecan Pie Surprise Bars are just wonderful and it gets better! There are 93 pages of full color recipes with very detailed preparation instructions. The cookbook is clean but the very inside pages are loose.
