Description: This plate gives you the feel of the peaceful Southern France or maybe the fervor the plains of Spain. with the beautiful, vivid colors of greens, yellows, golds, oranges and purples used in this "Leonora" pattern. The plate measures approximately 10 3/4". The plate's odd shape adds to the charm. The plate is 8-sided, octagon, and trimmed in a beautiful floral, lattice pattern that is a raised motif. The yellow used in the bed is beautiful, there is some 'graying' but otherwise the plate is in great condition. The plate is marked on the back "Leonora" Made in England, Best Bone China, Adderleys Ltd". A beautiful addition to anyone's collection.
