Beautiful Victorian silver plated seashell-form cream pitcher and sugar basket made by Derby Silver. Great design! Pieces look like they are made from large shells with twisted ribbon or rope handles.
Sugar basket measures 5 x 4-3/4 x 6 inches
Creamer measures 6 x 3-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches
Very good overall condition. No dings, dents, repairs or other damage.
Derby Silver Co. hall mark on bottom with pattern number 1138. Also monogramed with the letter - S - on the bottom. The monogram can only be seen when this item is turned upside down. Please note - these may have been replated at one time. They look great but they do not look brand new. They still have a great old antique look.
Dates to mid-late 19th C.
