This is a very sweet Department 56 Christmas village. The village consists of 5 buildings: Oh Such a Clatter Garage, Christmas Eve Church, Happy Christmas to All House, Hoof and Ladder Fire Station, and Sugar Plum School. Each of the buildings have the capability of leaving the lights on steady or having them blink. I am also including 5 sets of figures: Santa's Midnight Visit (set of 3), To Christmas Service We Go, Christmas Break At Last, A Christmas Surprise (set of 2) and For Me? For You!. I will also include a Department 56 Blanket (in the bag) and a bag of Fresh Fallen Snow. All the buildings and figures come new in the original boxes. This is a $320.00 retail value.
