Silvr Filigree Pin with blue/white windmill(?) porcelain round center. Not exactly sure what center is. Has an old safety pin catch. Signed on back of center piece in blue: delft Unable to find any marks. I believe the piece to either be sterling(925) or a finer silver. This piece is well made and structured with thick/higher walls to separate the filigree. Measures 2 1/8" x 7/8"h. Very nice.
