Here's an old advertising spice tin - Defiance Cream Tartar from Jobbers Service Incorporation. There's a copyright date of 1929. It has a paper label over a cardboard body with a tin top and bottom. There's the image of a knight in armor sitting atop his horse on both sides. Colors are bright and crisp. If you are a collector of old advertising spice tins, this is nice.
