De Sota Believe it or Not Ad 1938 This is a March 14, 1938 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from De Sota Div of Chrysler Corp of Detroit. It pictures a bright red De Sota and it reads, Believe it or not, it's Ripley with his new De Sota. Also pictured is a young man on a ladder in front of his tree house. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 8 1/2"" wide by 11 1/2"" tall.
