This is a nice clean 1-1/4" wide x 12.9" long socket beveled chisel that has a maker's mark or trade name "DASCO" on the steel. I am not sure who's trade name Dasco is. It has some minor stains and and dings, no damage or wear near the cutting edge. This is a good quality steel chisel, that has a very good sharp cutting edge ready to use, very clean, no rust a nice bare metal darkened finish. The steel alone is 8.75" long. The hardwood handle is very solid, very minor wear, appears to be oak and fits good. Plenty of use left in this nice clean, sharp, ready to use, quality made firmer chisel!
