This is a lovely floral ironstone tea cup and saucer in the Charlotte design by Clarice Cliff for Royal Staffordshire, Staffordshire England after her Bizarre period. The cup and saucer pattern is a really a beautiful floral brown transfer or transferware design with a lovely molded swirl design in the ironstone. The cup is 2.5 inches high by 3.75 in diameter, the saucer is 5.5 in diameter and the set is in very good +++ condition with the only flaw a small cup base rim chip. Very pretty design by a very collectible designer.
