Cultured Pearls/4-6MM Drilled/Mounted & Sealed on Olson Electronic Cards

These 4 lovely pearls are a big mystery to me! Each one is mounted on a card reading : Genuine Cultured Pearl/Cultured and Raised by the Pearl Master of Japan/Olson Electronics, Inc. They are sealed in plastic. I have tried to find out any info on this electronics company, but so far have been unable to find much. I found a listing for an Olson Electronics in Miami, but was unable to contact because of out of date phone number. My best guess is that these lovely's may have been something like giveaways or prizes at a convention for this company. It is not hard to make the stretch that this company not only in electronics, but culturing pearls as well, both in Japan. I am taking the word of the packageing that they are really cultured pearls. They do really look to be genuine to me and my jeweler. I just do not want to break the seals, in case someone from the company wants them or someone for advertizing reasons. The pearls are 6MM. The cards measure approx. 2 3/4"X1 3/4". They are priced at $45.00 each one or $160.00 for all four(4) at once. UPDATE-3-20-08:I received an email from someone who has solved the mystery!!! In the late 1950's to early 1960's, her father, a TV repairman, did business with Olson electronic's. The pearls were gifts to customers who spent a specified amount of money! Well done Lou Anne!!!
