Cuff Links/ ?Mexican? Sterling Artist Signed

Unavailable
A wonderful pair of sterling cuff links with an old pre-columbian motif. They have an older type of toggle back, but I do believe they date about 1975. I say this because they have the modern marking system using a combo of number/letters. They stamp is really a bad strike mark, but you can tell it is this and there is not a stamp of the old eagle mark. There is an artis mark, but it is unidentified at this point. It is 2 or 3 conjoined letters in a circle. I am just not sure what the letters are. They are not marked as being from Mexico, but they have the numbering stamp, so I do believe they may be made there. That stamp could well be under the toggle. You can see where someone tried to clean the oxidation out from around the double hand symbol, this is the only flaw I can find. They are approx. 1 1/4"X3/4". The shipping fees quoted are for priority/NO insurnce in the USA.
