This is a Shelley China, England bone china creamer or cream jug in the Bridal Rose pattern #13545 and the Dainty shape with pink trim. The creamer or milk jug was made 1940-1966 and measures 2.75 inches high by 4.25 inches long. Bridal Rose was also issued as Rose Spray, but the pattern is identical. The cream jug is in excellent, mint condition with no chips, cracks or wear. A lovely way to tint your tea.
