A beautiful hand painted Cranberry Glass and Opalescent Glass bowl mounted on a brass silver plated base. Very Victorian. Underneath the base are these words. "R.M.Co. Ltd Montreal, Extra Plate" Brass. 6.1/4" high X 9.3/4" wide X 9.3/4" deep. The brass is showing on the high points of the base.
