At the head of the judges is Honorary President Daniel Carter Beard, National Boy Scout Commissioner. Honorary President of the Canadian Section is John A Stiles, Dominion Commissioner for Scouting. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 8 1/4 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall.
