This Cowboy in Africa thermos was made by the King-Seeley Thermos Company in 1968 and is based on the short-lived TV show of the same name. The TV show starring Chuck Connors aired from Sept. 1967 to Sept. 1968 and was based on the 1967 Ivan Tors' movie "Africa - Texas Style!". The thermos is in very good condition with no rust and the paint is still bright and shiny. There is a very small dent on bottom edge by Chuck Connors' neck (see photos), some wear at the edge of the plastic cup and a couple very light scratches and scuffs. This Cowboy in Africa thermos is 6 5/8" high, 3 1/4" in diameter and 3 7/8" across including the handle.
