Here's an old country primitive bill holder from a country store in western New York.  It looks to be hand-made but am not sure as I've not seen this one before.  There's some writing on the back but I can't make it out.  I would presume that this is circa 1900's, maybe earlier!  If you like old country primitives, this is nice.
