Magnificent antique Italian big vase, completely hand made chased and embossed with floreal motives, sterling silver, produced in 1957 . The shaped throat is very elegant and is in perfect contrast with the deep chasing and embossing of the body with climbing way in the middle . The base is finely chased and embossed remembering the same style of the body . On the throat the are few applications represented by conrcucopia horns, as the handles on both sides realized in a clever way, to remove them by screws to consent easy cleaning and polishing (see enclosed pictures) This work of art is a typical expression of the old Italian silversmithing school .
