Corning Cranberry Visions Individual Casserole Glass Cookware Bowl with Sandwich Plate or Tray. This line was made from 1980 to 1993 and has long been discontinued, this color was only made for one year from 1992 to 1993. Glass Cookware has become very popular, it is safe to use and free of harmful chemicals found in metal cookware. This set includes the sandwich or lunch tray with the insert that holds the bowl in place. Perfect for serving a sandwich or entree with salad or soup in the bowl. The bowl holds 1 pint, is 5 1/2" across and 2" deep, the plate or tray is 8 1/2" across and 11 1/2" long, both pieces are in excellent condition.

The Visions line is glass and was made in the USA or France. Earlier pieces were made in France, production was later moved to the USA, all the pieces in this set are made in the USA. This set is in excellent gently pre-owned condition with very light signs of use. Go Green with this set, glass is safe for cooking, no health worries and since glass heats more quickly you can cook at a lower heat setting thus saving on energy costs, this set is oven safe as well as microwave safe!
