The plates attach to the bottom of the anodized copper cylinder. Crank the black knob on the handle and the screw down plunger presses the cookie dough and makes 12 different cookie designs. The designs are: Plate 1- bar, star, daisy and snow flake, plate 2-club, heart, diamond and spade and plate 3-camel,Christmas tree,scottie dog and butterfly.
