Colliers Magazine Cover 1940 This is a April 13, 1946 Colliers Magazine Cover in color. It is signed by the artist but the signature is mostly hidden under the name label and if I try to remove the label it might tear the cover. Shows a young woman in a suit, hat, gloves and high heels Jumping Hop Scotch on the sidewalk while the youngsters stand and watch. Article listed to be in the magazine is Politics is People by Edward J Kelly, Mayor of Chicago. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4 inches wide by 13 1/2 inches tall.
