An interesting grouping of four primitive 13" x 18 inch paintings that appear to be done on silk and signed ORION and dated 1931. The scenes depict native activities,wildlife and landscapes. There are three paintings that depict Fiji and and New Zealand landmarks. The New Zealand painting is of the Tuakov Farm. Each work of art is identified as to the place and as stated clearly signed and dated ORION in the year 1931. Very charming works of art that certainly have to be scarce given the population and limited travel to Fiji and New Zealand during this time period.
