A collar to enhance your favorite dress or top made of tiny faux pearls attached to fabric. Hook and eye closure. About 2 in. wide at the widest point. Label attached reads Specially Made for Kimball, Made in Japan. I believe from the 1950's era. Needs a cleaning. Not sure just how to do it so a new owner will have that honor.
