COIN-OP NORTHWESTERN ART GRANITE 5-CENT MATCH

Unavailable
Coin Operated Northwestern Art Granite 2 for 5-Cent Box Match Vending Machine. This machine was produced in the 1920-30's. The more common verson is the 1-Cent machine. This is a rare and hard to find item. I don't know the entire history on the item, and this came to me as is. The front and back are cast iron, the sides are metal. The piece is painted, not porcelain. The lock is intact and the keys (2) are included. The slider mechanism works well, but only with a NICKEL. A penny won't work. I don't know if the decal is orginial, but it seems to have been on the machine for some time. There are various chips in the paint due to age, but the main problem is the back of the machine must have been dropped, there is a break. The photos will show it better than if I try to explain. Photo #3 show the inside of the machine. Photo #4 shows the break (I put a white outline). I know this can be repaired as the break is a clean one. Selling "AS IS". Have a look at my other items. Thank you for viewing.
