This is a really interesting piece. I spent two years researching this little jewel! Turns out that it is a Christmas bow clip from Nieman Marcus. The store commissioned artist to design and make these clips. Then when you purchased an item and had it wrapped, they used these clips to put the bows on!!! It is sigmed Emillia Castillo 1996 on the back. It measures approx. 2 1/2"X2 1/2". The shipping fees quoted are for priority/No insurance in USA.
