This is a nice empty wood box with the "CLEARCUT FILES" mark on it, it is 1.25 x 2 x 8.25". It also has "GEO. WORTHINGTON CO. CLEAVELAND" mark on the label, Worthington was a large distributor in Cleveland who sold many brands of tool there. Clearcut brand name was also sold by Montgomery Wards during this period. The label is rather dark, but fairly well preserved, the box is in very nice shape with a nicely darkened patina on the wood.
